Troubleshooting

If you’ve purchased a subscription to view the videos,
but can’t access them, please follow the below steps:

In the main menu, click MY ACCOUNT’.

Enter your account details and click ‘Log in’. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can change it to a new one. Simply click ‘Lost your password?’ A link to change your password will be emailed to you.

Once logged in, you will see your dashboard with your username. Click ‘Orders’

You will see your order details description. Click ‘View’ to see full details.

Click ‘Seven Steps Complete’.

This will open the ‘Seven Steps Complete’ page, which contains the introduction and all seven videos in the series. Please note: If you log out of the website, you will need to log back in again in order to view this page.
